What is Well-being Coaching?
Well-being coaching is all about you. Our team partners with you to unlock your potential and achieve your personal well-being goals. Together, we'll create a plan that empowers you to:
- Set and achieve your goals: Define what success looks like for you and work towards it.
- Build healthy habits: Make sustainable changes that support your overall well-being.
- Find balance: Explore all aspects of your health, from physical to emotional.
- Develop resilience: Learn to navigate challenges and bounce back stronger.
- Overcome barriers: Identify obstacles and create strategies to overcome them.
*Well-being Coaching is not mental health treatment. If you are looking for ongoing clinical support through counseling or medication, get started with CAPS. If you need crisis or emergency support, you can call CAPS, visit our after hours and emergencies page.*

What to expect
WahooWell typically involves two or more meetings with a well-being facilitator that may last for up to an hour each. In the initial meeting, you will explore your current overall well-being and discuss any changes you’d like to make. Your WahooWell facilitator will guide you to set goals and identify action steps that work for your individual circumstances. Your well-being facilitator may also offer on or off-Grounds referrals or resources to help support you. Follow up sessions can be scheduled to discuss progress and re-evaluate action steps as needed. Typically, follow up sessions are scheduled 2-4 weeks after an initial meeting to give you time to work on goals.
