Well-being Check-ins

  • Meet with a trained peer health educator (PHE) in a confidential and casual setting to discuss your personal well-being.  
  • These 30 minute peer-to-peer check-ins are: non-judgmental, inclusive, & empowering.
  • We aim to help you create a realistic plan for improved well-being, and we will share additional UVA resources available to support your goals. 

How do I register? 

  1. Complete this brief (<5 minute) confidential well-being survey.
  2. Register for a session using the HealthyHoos Patient Portal.
  3. Attend your 30-minute check-in session in the Office of Health Promotion at the Student Health and Wellness Building.
  4. Complete a brief (<5 minute) follow-up survey after your session.
