Explore different aspects of your personal well-being while enjoying free dinner with your fellow Hoos in the Student Health and Wellness Building! Students who attend all five workshops will earn a UVA sweatshirt. Food will be provided each week from Roots, Mezeh or Fuzzy's!

Wednesday, February 15 - Exploring Personal Well-Being: Let's talk about ways to incorporate personally meaningful well-being tips, tricks, and techniques into your life this semester. You'll leave with a personalized action plan to support your well-being goals this spring. Free dinner from Roots.  

Thursday, March 2 - Exploring Sexual Health: Let’s talk about sex, baby! This highly interactive program gets students out of their seats as they explore sexual health messages, debunk common myths, and learn about safer sex strategies. Presented by the Peer Health Educators. Free dinner from Mezeh.

Thursday, March 16 - Exploring Collaborative Consent: Let’s explore a new, relationship framework to communicate consent called collaborative consent! In this workshop students will explore key aspects of collaborative consent and how it applied to various situations, including when alcohol is involved, and practice giving and receiving rejection. Free dinner from Roots.  

Wednesday March 29 - Exploring Alcohol & Cannabis: Let’s talk about substance use in a judgement-free space. We’ll explore alcohol & cannabis safer strategies, the social norms that exist at UVA, and how to respond to emergency situations. Presented by the Peer Health Educators. Free dinner from Mezeh.

Wednesday April 12 - Exploring Diet Culture & Body Acceptance: Let's examine “diet culture” and its impact on our relationship with food. Discussion on seeking body acceptance and neutrality in hopes of achieving a positive body image.  Free dinner from Fuzzy’s Taco Shop.
