Liz Menter, MS
Liz Menter joined the Office of Health Promotion in 2021 as an Early Intervention Specialist supporting the Wahoo Well program. In this role, she works with students to identify their personal wellness goals and create a plan for working toward those goals. She is passionate about empowering students to recognize their successes and build on their strengths to meet challenges in their academic and personal lives. Prior to joining the Wahoo Well team, Liz gained experience across the student affairs realm, from college access and admissions, to academic advising and conflict resolution. She earned her M.S. in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Colorado State University and her B.A. in Religious Studies at the University of Virginia. Liz is from Virginia Beach, VA, and in her free time she loves to run and hike with her dog, Nessie, read with a hot cup of tea, and try out new recipes.
