Mustafa Mukhtar has been a critical player in the IT department at Student Health and Wellness since January 2021, initially serving as the IT Manager and later progressing to Assistant Director for IT. With over two decades of experience in the field, Mustafa has successfully led various technological initiatives, demonstrating proficiency in strategic planning and execution.

His professional journey includes roles at UVA ITS, the United Nations, and management positions at IT companies. He has also owned two small businesses, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and diverse professional background. Mustafa holds a B.Sc. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). He has garnered certifications such as ITIL in IT Service Management and CCNA and extensive training in Cyber Security, System Administration, Cloud Computing and Project Management.
