Elise's clinical work is primarily grounded in cognitive and behavioral therapies, including approaches that integrate acceptance, flexibility, and values. She strives to conceptualize risk and resilience within the context of one's life experiences and identities, and she is committed to creating an inclusive environment that decreases barriers to help-seeking. Outside of work, Elise enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, spending time with family and friends, and trying new vegan and vegetarian food.
