In this workshop, we will offer space to explore the essential practice of self-care as a holistic approach to well-being.  Kim will guide you through the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of nurturing yourself through mindfulness and relaxation activities.

What to Expect:

  • Stress Reduction Techniques: Learn helpful mindfulness and breathing exercises to calm the mind and reduce anxiety.
  • Mindful Movement: Simple, accessible stretches and exercises to release tension and promote relaxation.
  • Emotional Self-Care: Tools to manage emotions, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate self-compassion.
  • Personal Reflection: Guided journaling prompts and reflective exercises to help you connect with your inner needs and values.
