CASS On Call

CASS on Call (CoC) program (formerly referred to as the “Dean on Call” program) is a 24/7/365 phone line reserved for urgent non-clinical student needs that cannot wait until the next business day.

The CoC program is staffed by members of the Care and Support Services team.  While we do not provide the same services as our colleagues in local police departments, academic programs/schools, Housing and Residence Life, and mental health care providers, we do often partner with these colleagues—either immediately or through follow-up during business hours—to connect students with the right level and type of urgent after-hours care as needed.

Not sure whether your need can be best supported by CoC?  Review the “Additional After-Hours Support” resources below for more support and response options.
