Mental Wellness Screening Days

Interested in a quick mental health check-up? Worried about a friend? Curious about mental health resources at UVA? Many in our community struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, and other challenges. 97% of UVA undergraduates use three or more self-care strategies to help themselves feel better regularly or during challenging times (March 2021 Spring Health Survey, administered by UVA Student Health and Wellness) and 80% of UVA undergraduates agree that health and well-being are a priority at UVA (February 2020 NCHA Survey). Prioritize your mental health and well-being and join Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) and the Peer Health Educators (PHEs) on Mental Wellness Screening Days! 

2021-2022 MWSD Dates:

  • Spring 2022: February 23rd + 24th (VIRTUAL), 10am - 2pm
  • Fall 2021: September 30th, 10am - 3pm
